Returns & Refunds
We want every Terra product to be loved. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.
Physical products
You can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Return shipping is free for damaged or incorrect items, and at the customer's cost otherwise. To start a return, email us with your order number.
Damaged in transit
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace the item or refund you immediately — no need to ship the broken bottle back.
Subscriptions
You can pause, skip, or cancel any active subscription from your account dashboard. Cancellations stop future shipments; the most recent shipment is treated like any other order for return purposes.
Training courses
If you bought a course and changed your mind within 14 days and have completed less than 25% of the lessons, write to us for a full refund. After that the course access stays with you for life.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges — easier to refund and re-order so the new item ships fast.
